Demonstration of Laserax LXQ 3D Vision - We have solutions that are much faster.
The parts are placed randomly within the marking field of the laser. The video shows the three steps for this marking:
- Step 1 - Analysis: The vision system scans the parts to be marked
- Step 2 - Computation: Using the information acquired in the previous step, the laser system establish the adequate laser parameters.
- Step 3 - Marking: The laser engrave the information on to the part. It sweeps the surface to be marked, leaving a clean mark.
