NICOLAS BOUCHARD

Nicolas holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in Robotics. Before joining Laserax, he built his expertise in manufacturing automation and robotics R&D.

As Customer Solutions Director, Nicolas leads both the engineering team and the equipment production floor, with a focus on process improvement and delivering reliable, high-performance solutions to customers. He is known for bridging the technical and operational worlds, turning complex challenges into practical outcomes.

Early in his tenure, Nicolas expanded Laserax's robotics capabilities and played a key role in launching the robotic laser cleaning cell product line — a milestone he is particularly proud of.

Outside of work, Nicolas is a true captain at heart — he spent two years sailing the open ocean with his family, navigating storms and facing the unexpected head-on.
