Javier Parrondo-Navarro

Javier holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas – ICAI in Spain, his country of origin. He has strong expertise in project management and operations within the field of industrial laser systems.

Since joining Laserax, he has held the positions of Project Manager, After-Sales Service Supervisor, and later Director of Customer Experience and Logistics. In this role, he works to optimize service and delivery operations while ensuring a customer experience that meets the company’s standards.

He is particularly driven to help customers fully leverage the potential of Laserax systems, while actively contributing to the company’s growth and evolution.
