Marc-Antoine Gagnon

Marc holds a master’s degree in human resources from Laval University and has been with Laserax since 2018. He was appointed HR Director in November 2023, and has been a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Consultants since 2019.

For a long time, he was the sole HR representative at Laserax. He has helped the company through a period of rapid growth, going from 20 to over 110 employees and hiring more than 150 employees. Over the years, he has managed employee integration and onboarding, performance management, compensation, and training. He has also implemented an employer brand based on Laserax’s value proposition.

Marc is known for being good humored, easy-going, and upfront. He promotes an internal culture where people feel they can name problems without the fear of retribution.
