Nicolas Otis

Nicolas holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He joined Laserax in July 2017 as Director of Operations. Before Laserax, he has worked at ABB, Optel, and the Canadian Space Agency.

Driven by the desire to continuously improve operations, Nicolas has implemented a customer follow-up strategy to gather feedback on the Laserax machines, their integration, and customer success. One of his main challenges is to minimize lead times and production costs.
