Patrick Paluck

Patrick joined Laserax in 2025 as Vice President of Operations. He has over 20 years of experience in operations management and information technology within manufacturing and technology companies.

A graduate in Chemical Engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke, he is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and also holds a graduate diploma in Engineering Management. Throughout his career, he has held leadership and executive positions within well-known organizations such as La Presse, Le Soleil, Louis Garneau, ABB, and Eddyfi Technologies.

At Laserax, he leads the company’s operations and helps structure and optimize processes to support growth, operational efficiency, and the organization’s capacity for innovation.
