Mobile Laser Cleaning System
Laserax’s mobile laser cleaning system is an ergonomic solution for onsite industrial cleaning, derusting and surface preparation. This solution includes a pneumatically balanced articulated arm to support the weight of the laser head. It does the heavy lifting for you. The three segments of the manipulator included in Laserax’s mobile laser cleaning solution provides a reach of up to 2.5 m (or 8’ 2”). The laser cleaner is installed on a wheeled cabinet.

ERGONOMICS
The mobile laser cleaning system uses a zero gravity tool balancer to reduce strain and keep fatigue to a minimum.
SAFETY
The mobile laser system is equipped with two-handed enabling switches. Operators need to wear adequate protective equipment. For more information, ask our laser safety experts.
REACH
The mobile laser cleaning system can stretch out horizontally to a distance of 2.5 m or 8” 2’. The articulated arm has several tilting and rotating joints for excellent manoeuvrability. The arm also features brakes and locking mechanisms for stable operation of the laser.
MOBILITY
To increase the flexibility of the mobile laser cleaning system, it is provided with a wheeled cabinet.
